It is completely natural, gluten-free, vegan and made with only seven ingredients! ChoViva allows for a breathtakingly low carbon & water footprint. This contributes towards the mitigation of both deforestation & exploitation of child labour.
As we keep growing our company, we are looking for People & Culture Manager. This will be your role:

As we keep growing our company, we are looking for People & Culture Manager. This will be your role:
- Talent Acquisition: you will manage the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding, together with the hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will have to build a high-performing A-Team that aligns with our values and goals!
- Payroll Management: you will be responsible for the timely preparation of payroll and work closely with our finance department.
- Contract Administration: handle all aspects and tasks related to employment contracts.
- Planning Team Events: organise and coordinate team events and trips to foster a sense of community, collaboration and have fun together.
- Day-to-Day People & Culture Operations: you are the first point of contact for our employees and manage daily P&C tasks to keep our operations running smoothly :)
- Build Team Culture: understand live and improve the culture of the company to align the whole team to our values and feel united.
- Learning & Development: plan company-wide training and people development sessions using external and internal resources.
