Contribute to the development and filing of new patents that protect our innovative work
Generate and test creative ideas to optimize our flavor base and production process
Take the lead on hands-on, creative experiments, including DoE, that push flavor innovation forward
Collaborate closely with the Process Team to ensure smooth integration of innovations into production
Operate and analyze data from analytical instruments such as GC and HPLC
At least 2 years of industry experience, with a track record of product innovation and cost reduction
You have a Master's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field, with a strong background in flavor chemistry
Familiarity with IP rights and prior experience in coordinating the application process for patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property protections
Solid hands-on lab experience with a practical and creative mindset
Practical familiarity with analytical techniques and tools such as GC, MS, and LC
Knowledge or expertise in chocolate or cocoa is a strong plus
