Take the lead on hands-on, creative experiments, including DoE, that push flavor innovation forward
Collaborate closely with the Process Team to ensure smooth integration of innovations into production
Operate and analyze data from analytical instruments such as GC and HPLC
Proven track record of product innovation and cost reduction in the food or flavor industry
You have a Master's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field, with a strong background in flavor chemistry
Solid hands-on lab experience with a practical and creative mindset
Practical familiarity with analytical techniques and tools such as GC, MS, and LC
Experience in processing flavors, with a focus on improving taste and efficiency
Knowledge or expertise in chocolate or cocoa is a strong plus
