As a CAPEX Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of equipment, infrastructure, and major projects as we expand our production volume.

A Taste of What to Expect

• Manage the full lifecycle of a CapEx project, from initial planning to commissioning and start-up
• Coordinate external partners with clarity and accountability to keep progress smooth and aligned
• Oversee resources, timelines, and budgets with precision
• Bridge production, QA, R&D, Safety, and Finance to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed
• Make high-impact calls based on technical, operational, and business priorities and own the outcomes
• Report progress clearly and consistently, while managing shifting needs and change requests along the way
• Lead commissioning and start-up, ensuring everything runs on time and to spec

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• A solid understanding of the project lifecycle from scope to execution, ideally with hands-on experience managing at least 1-2 CapEx projects
• The ability to deep-dive into technical complexities while never losing sight of the broader strategic objectives
• A clear, confident communicator who can effortlessly navigate cross-functional teams, connect disparate ideas, and drive progress forward
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, with a proven ability to anticipate challenges and act decisively
• Sharp prioritization and time management skills that ensure efficient workflows and continuous momentum
• Familiarity with supplier networks in the power industry is a plus
• Comfortable working within regulated environments; experience with food safety standards and ATEX compliance is a significant advantage
