As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll take ownership of safeguarding the quality and safety of every product leaving our Czech production facility.

A Taste of What to Expect

• Enforce full compliance with Czech, EU, and international food safety regulations, ensuring zero compromise on product quality.
• Educate and coach operators on hygiene principles to build understanding, not just enforcement — creating a culture of quality ownership on the production floor.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to detect and correct deviations early, preventing non-conformance before it escalates.
• Define, implement, and monitor quality standards across products, processes, and documentation, ensuring they are followed without exception.
• Track, analyse, and report quality KPIs and risk metrics to management, highlighting any issues and driving action plans to resolution.
• Motivate and guide teams towards independent responsibility, critical thinking, and awareness of food safety in day-to-day operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, relentlessly identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies and risks.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the food manufacturing industry (confectionery, dairy, bakery, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant EU and Czech food safety legislation.
• Experience with ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 certification processes.
• Proven track record conducting internal audits, supplier inspections, and managing corrective action plans.
• High attention to detail, you are able to spot and address even the smallest deviations.
• Assertive communication style and confident in challenging non-compliance and holding teams accountable.
• Full professional fluency in Czech and English.
