• Proven track record in the industry, of building culture and scaling People in a fast-growing company and experience working closely with C-Level
• Demonstrated success in personally sourcing, closing, and onboarding senior/high-profile talent
• Advanced experience in data-driven decision-making, with a history of analyzing, reviewing, and redefining recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes
• Hands-on expertise with Personio, coupled with a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of German employment law and its practical application in daily HR work
• Full professional fluency in both English and German
