Aa Head of People & Culture you will scale our people systems, culture, and talent operations, ensuring Planet A Foods grows without compromising excellence, trust, or performance.

A Taste of What to Expect

Lead cultural initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, embedding company values into daily practices and championing engagement, inclusion, and performance
Drive strategic Talent Acquisition projects, focusing on process optimization, employer branding, and tooling to deliver a high-quality and scalable hiring experience
Provide guidance and leadership in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performing environment

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

Proven track record in the industry, of building culture and scaling People in a fast-growing company and experience working closely with C-Level
Demonstrated success in personally sourcing, closing, and onboarding senior/high-profile talent
Advanced experience in data-driven decision-making, with a history of analyzing, reviewing, and redefining recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes
Hands-on expertise with Personio, coupled with a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of German employment law and its practical application in daily HR work
Full professional fluency in both English and German
