YOUR MISSION: SCALING OUR PRODUCTION IN PILSEN

We are at a pivotal moment in our global growth. Our next landmark project is the Greenfield/Brownfield expansion of our specialized powder production facilities in the Pilsen region. This is a high-impact € 12 Mio+ Capital Investment Project, designed to increase our current output capacity by factor 4 to meet surging global demand. As the lead architect of this expansion, you will oversee the entire lifecycle from the initial technical blueprints and financial modeling to the moment the first high-volume powder batch leaves the site. You aren't just building a factory, you are engineering the scalable future of our supply chain.

A Taste of What to Expect

You will assemble and lead a high-performance, lean engineering unit, steering the collaboration with external construction firms and specialized machinery suppliers.
You are the primary filter and must flag what we should NOT do, maintaining a ruthless focus on the highest-impact activities for the production expansion.
You own the roadmap and will deliver the expansion strategy from the first day of planning to the final contribution to our bottom line.
You will bridge the gap between internal resources (Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality) and external suppliers to keep the project moving.
You will validate the numbers, calculating business cases for capital investment projects to ensure every Euro spent is a Euro optimized.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

You “have done it before” and bring extensive Project Management experience in the Food or Ingredients industry.
You likely started in Engineering but have evolved into a project leader with deep Financial Acumen (ROI, IRR, CapEx Planning).
You treat company investments as if they were your own money and act with a true ownership mentality.
You have a strong presence in our Headquarters in Munich as well as at our site in Pilsen and the location of the new production facility.
You are fluent in English, with the confidence to adapt messaging for international audiences and diverse stakeholders.
