Do you want to make a delicious difference?

Planet A Foods is for people who want to change the future of food.

We are reinventing how the world produces food ingredients, replacing scarce and unsustainable raw materials with scalable, clean, and delicious alternatives. Our first product, a cocoa-free chocolate, is just the beginning. Our ambition is to build a new global champion in food ingredients.

At Planet A Foods, you'll join a bold, highly committed, international team of scientists, engineers, operators, and industry experts united by one goal: creating real, measurable planetary impact.

To keep that mission moving, literally, we need someone who can own the physical flow of our ingredients and finished goods from plant floor to customers. As our Transport & Logistics Planner, you will be the backbone of our supply chain: keeping trucks on schedule, documentation tight, and costs in check. If the idea of building logistics infrastructure from the ground up in a company that is actively reshaping the food industry excites you, keep reading.

A Taste of What to Expect

  • Own end-to-end truck bookings and shipment tracking for both internal (factory to tolling manufacturer) and external logistics (tolling manufacturer to customer) and you are the one who makes sure product moves, on time, every time
  • Manage all transport documentation with precision (CMRs and delivery notes) and cost control reconciliation (actual invoices vs. planned costs)
  • Build and maintain logistics KPIs from the ground up, giving the team real visibility into transport performance and identifying where we can be even more efficient
  • Source and evaluate new transport partners to expand our carrier network and drive down logistics costs: you'll have a direct hand in shaping how efficiently we scale
  • Track and reconcile inventory across our external warehouse partners, to keep our stock picture accurate and actionable
  • Work cross-functionally with our operations and procurement teams to tighten the loop between planning, production and delivery

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

  • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on logistics experience where truck management was a core part of your role
  • You have booked trucks, tracked them, and solved the problems that come up when they don't go to plan
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets at pace: you can build a tracking sheet, spot an error in a cost reconciliation, and extract the insight that matters
  • Sharp analytical instincts: you connect the dots fast, catch discrepancies before they become problems, and make data-driven decisions proactively
  • You find solutions independently, raise flags early, and hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy
  • English proficiency is required; German is a strong plus for working with local partners and carriers

A Sweet Package

  • Shape the logistics infrastructure from the inside of a mission-driven, impact-focused company
  • Collaborate with a passionate international team working at the edge of what's possible
  • Work in one of the rare food startups that truly scales and operates a 24/7 4-shift production system
  • A position where you can help to challenge a trillion-dollar industry
  • A very competitive compensation and opportunity to grow
  • Stuff that other startups do as well (30 days vacation, tasty lunches, snacks, drinks, vouchers, gym...)
  • PLUS: Chocolate. Every. Single. Day.
